Session by session
The Personal Crash Course: three live sessions of 90 minutes over two weeks.
- Session 1: Set up. Your tools configured for you, and used on two of your real tasks before the session ends.
- Session 2: Rebuild. The tasks that eat your week, rebuilt together, with templates you keep.
- Session 3: Automate and plan. One recurring task handed over to an automation, and your plan for your first 90 days back.
- Between sessions and after. Try it on your own work and bring your questions. Email support throughout, and for 30 days after.

Questions
Is this right if I've been away for years?
Yes. We start from where you are, on the kind of work you're going back to, and nothing assumes you've used AI before.
How is this different from free AI courses?
Free courses teach general skills, and some are very good. If that's what you need, we'll tell you, and point you to good free or funded options where you live. This is different: we work on your real work, your tools and your team, and you leave each session with something running.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The sessions are built for people in business, from founders to team members. We don't teach coding.
Where are you based, and what time are the sessions?
Everything is live online, in English, so you can join from anywhere. We schedule sessions at times that suit you, from Europe to the Americas.
Is my data safe?
We show you which settings to change so your data isn't used for training, and what should never go into an AI tool. Nothing you share in a session is used for anything else.
What happens after the course?
You keep the recordings and your prompt and template library, and you have email support for 30 days. If you want your team to follow, your Personal Crash Course fee counts towards a Team Programme booked within 60 days.
